- Personal care items (if applicable) are only eligible for a refund if they are in their original sealed packaging due to hygiene reasons.
Steps to Request a Refund:

- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization, if applicable.
- Package the item securely, including all original packaging and any accessories, and ship it back to our designated return address. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Exceptions:
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
